Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Winding Supervisor to oversee the winding operations within our electronics manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in managing production workflows, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the winding team to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor and control the quality of coils, transformers, and other wound components.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Train and mentor junior staff in winding techniques and best practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report to senior management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in winding operations within the electronics industry.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in ensuring high-quality winding processes.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for team coordination.
• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume production facility.
• Familiarity with automated winding machines and equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards in electronics manufacturing.
