Key Responsibilities

As a Work Permit Receiver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and validating work permits for accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Ensuring all safety measures and hazard controls are in place before issuing permits.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and safety officers to verify permit requirements.
• Maintaining detailed records of issued permits and conducting regular audits.
• Providing guidance to teams on work permit procedures and safety protocols.
• Reporting violations or non-compliance to the relevant authorities.
• Assisting in incident investigations related to work permit deviations.
