Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Work Permit Receiver to manage and oversee work permits for maintenance and operational activities within our facility management services. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while facilitating smooth workflow operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process work permit applications for maintenance and operational tasks.
- Ensure all permits comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and renewals.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to verify permit requirements.
- Monitor active permits and ensure timely closure upon job completion.
- Assist in safety inspections and audits as needed.
- Report discrepancies or violations to the Operations Manager.
- Provide support for administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Facility Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of facility management and work permit processes.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications (MS Office, Email).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
