Mga Responsibilidad sa Trabaho
- Execute ICMS standards and routines on the factory floor
- Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities
- Drive daily management and action closure
- Identify and eliminate losses
- Support root cause analysis and focused improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate performance and loss data
- Coach operators on standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environmental requirements
- Present site productivity, cost and energy KPIs to factory leadership weekly
- Prepare and present monthly productivity and labour performance reports to regional/global stakeholders
- Analyse manufacturing performance data and provide actionable insights
- Ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting of productivity, labour, cost and energy metrics
Mga Kinakailangan
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing/Operations-related discipline
- Fresh graduate to 2 years' experience
- Open to relocate
- Willing to spend most of the time on the shop floor
- Able to work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety and Training teams
