Mga Responsibilidad sa Trabaho
- Lead and manage instrumentation and automation activities across the manufacturing plant
- Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems
- Oversee PLC, DCS, SCADA and related automation systems
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Identify automation, process optimization and plant efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical and other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and company policies
- Lead and develop the instrumentation and automation team
Mga Kinakailangan
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6-10 years of relevant instrumentation and automation experience
- Preferably in cement or process manufacturing industry
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA, industrial instrumentation and control systems
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
